Position Overview: As a security guard, your primary responsibility will be to maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients and their assets. You will be tasked with patrolling assigned areas, monitoring surveillance equipment, and enforcing safety protocols to prevent unauthorized access or incidents. Additionally, you may be required to respond to emergencies, assist customers or employees, and report any suspicious activities or hazards to the appropriate authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Surveillance and Monitoring: Utilize surveillance systems, such as CCTV cameras, to monitor premises for any signs of security breaches or unusual activities. Remain vigilant and proactive in identifying potential threats or risks.
2. Access Control: Enforce access control measures by verifying the identity of individuals entering the premises, checking credentials, and ensuring only authorized personnel are granted entry. Promptly address any attempts of unauthorized access.
3. Patrolling: Conduct regular patrols of designated areas on foot or using company vehicles. Maintain visibility and deter criminal activity by actively monitoring surroundings and responding swiftly to any disturbances or safety concerns.
4. Emergency Response: Be prepared to respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, including but not limited to fires, medical emergencies, or security breaches. Follow established protocols to mitigate risks and ensure the safety of individuals on-site.
5. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients, visitors, and employees with inquiries, directions, or other needs as required. Foster positive relationships with stakeholders to enhance overall satisfaction and trust.
6. Report Writing: Accurately document all incidents, observations, or security-related activities in detailed reports. Maintain clear and concise records to facilitate communication and support investigative processes if necessary.
7. Adherence to Policies: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and legal regulations governing security operations. Maintain confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism at all times while representing the organization.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum 8th-grade education up to graduation level.
• Experience: No prior experience is required; training will be provided.
• Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 60 years old.
• Gender: Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
