Required Security Guards

Responsibilities:

1. Surveillance: Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to detect any suspicious activity or safety hazards. Remain alert and attentive to prevent unauthorized access and deter criminal activity.
2. Monitoring: Utilize surveillance systems and equipment to monitor premises, including CCTV cameras, alarms, and access control systems. Respond promptly to any alarms or disturbances and take appropriate action as necessary.
3. Access Control: Manage entry and exit points, verifying the identity of individuals and vehicles entering the premises. Enforce access policies and procedures to maintain security standards.
4. Emergency Response: Act swiftly and decisively in the event of emergencies such as fires, medical incidents, or security breaches. Follow established protocols and collaborate with emergency services when required.
5. Customer Service: Provide a welcoming and professional presence to visitors, employees, and residents. Assist with inquiries, provide directions, and offer assistance as needed to enhance customer satisfaction.
6. Report Writing: Maintain accurate and detailed records of incidents, activities, and observations during each shift. Prepare written reports documenting any incidents, security breaches, or unusual occurrences.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with other security personnel, law enforcement agencies, and property management to coordinate security efforts and address any security concerns effectively.

Requirements:

1. Education: Minimum of 8th grade education up to graduation level.
2. Experience: At least 1 year of experience in security or a related field preferred.
3. Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 60 years old.
4. Gender: Open to all genders; both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
5. Physical Fitness: Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods. Must be physically fit to perform security duties effectively.
6. Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills in the local language. Ability to effectively communicate with diverse individuals.
7. Integrity: Strong moral character and ethical conduct. Ability to uphold confidentiality and act with honesty and integrity at all times.
8. Flexibility: Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
