We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Security Guards across multiple locations including Kochi, Kollam, Kottayam, and Kozhikode. As a Security Guard, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our premises, assets, and personnel.

Responsibilities:

1. Surveillance: Monitor premises through patrols and surveillance systems to ensure a secure environment.
2. Access Control: Control access points, verify identification, and enforce visitor protocols to prevent unauthorized entry.
3. Emergency Response: Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies, including medical incidents and disturbances, and take appropriate action.
4. Report Writing: Maintain accurate records of incidents, security logs, and daily activities, and submit detailed reports as required.
5. Customer Service: Provide assistance and support to customers, employees, and visitors professionally and courteously.
6. Risk Assessment: Identify potential security risks and take proactive measures to mitigate threats and vulnerabilities.
7. Patrols: Conduct regular patrols of the premises to deter criminal activity and ensure compliance with security policies.
8. Collaboration: Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and emergency services when necessary, and assist in investigations as required.

Requirements:

1. Education: Minimum of 8th-grade education, although a higher level of education is preferred.
2. Age: Must be between 18 years and 60 years of age to apply.
3. Physical Fitness: Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods, and lift/move objects as necessary.
4. Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills in Malayalam and basic English proficiency.
5. Integrity: High level of honesty, reliability, and ethical conduct.
6. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and follow instructions from supervisors.
7. Flexibility: Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
8. No Criminal Record: Must pass a thorough background check and have no criminal record.
