Job Description:

As a Security Guard, your primary responsibility will be to maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. You will be entrusted with safeguarding the premises and assets, preventing unauthorized access, and responding promptly to any security incidents or emergencies that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Patrol and Monitor: Regularly patrol assigned areas, either on foot or by vehicle, to ensure security and detect any suspicious activity. Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to identify potential threats.
2. Access Control: Control access to the premises by verifying identification, issuing passes, and directing visitors to appropriate areas. Prevent unauthorized individuals from entering restricted areas.
3. Emergency Response: Act quickly and decisively in the event of emergencies such as fires, medical incidents, or security breaches. Follow established procedures to mitigate risks and ensure the safety of everyone on-site.
4. Customer Service: Provide assistance and guidance to employees, visitors, and customers as needed. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times while representing the company.
5. Report Writing: Accurately document all security-related incidents, observations, and activities in written reports. Ensure that proper documentation is completed for any incidents requiring further investigation or follow-up.
6. Collaboration: Coordinate with law enforcement, emergency services, and other relevant agencies as necessary. Work closely with other security team members to effectively communicate and address security concerns.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum 8th grade education required. Higher education up to graduation level is welcomed.
• Experience: No prior experience in security is required. We welcome individuals from diverse backgrounds who are eager to learn and contribute to our team.
• Age: Applicants must be between 18 and 60 years old.
