Job Security Guard

Key Responsibilities:

1. Surveillance and Monitoring: Conduct regular patrols of the premises to monitor and detect any suspicious activities or unauthorized individuals. Utilize surveillance equipment effectively to maintain a vigilant presence.
2. Access Control: Implement strict access control measures to regulate entry and exit points, ensuring only authorized personnel and visitors are granted access. Verify identification credentials when necessary.
3. Emergency Response: Respond promptly and appropriately to any emergencies, including but not limited to fire alarms, medical emergencies, or security breaches. Take decisive action to mitigate risks and protect lives and property.
4. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to all individuals within the establishment. Assist visitors with inquiries, provide directions, and offer support as needed, maintaining a friendly and approachable demeanor.
5. Report Writing: Accurately document any incidents, disturbances, or irregularities observed during patrols or while on duty. Prepare detailed reports outlining the nature of the incident, actions taken, and any follow-up procedures required.
6. Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with fellow security team members, as well as other departments within the organization, to uphold security protocols and maintain a cohesive working environment.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum 8th-grade education up to a graduate degree. We value individuals from diverse educational backgrounds who demonstrate the necessary skills and aptitude for the role.
• Experience: No prior experience in security-related roles is required. We welcome candidates with a passion for security and a willingness to learn.
