Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and Patrolling: Security Guards will be responsible for monitoring premises via surveillance cameras, conducting regular patrols, and maintaining a vigilant presence to deter any unauthorized activity.
- Access Control: Regulating access to premises by ensuring that only authorized individuals are permitted entry. This involves verifying credentials, issuing visitor passes, and following strict protocols.
- Emergency Response: Acting promptly and effectively in the event of emergencies such as fire outbreaks, medical incidents, or security breaches. Security Guards must be trained to respond calmly and decisively to ensure the safety of occupants and assets.
- Report Writing: Maintaining detailed logs and incident reports regarding any security-related occurrences. Clear and accurate documentation is essential for record-keeping and subsequent investigations.
- Customer Service: Providing courteous assistance to residents, visitors, and employees by addressing inquiries, offering directions, and facilitating a positive experience within the premises.
- Alarm Monitoring: Responding promptly to alarms and distress calls, investigating the cause, and take appropriate action as per established protocols.
- Risk Assessment: Identifying potential security risks or vulnerabilities within the premises and implementing preventive measures to mitigate such risks.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum 8th-grade education up to Graduate level. We welcome individuals from diverse educational backgrounds who possess the requisite skills and aptitude for the role.
- Experience: No prior experience in security services is required. We provide comprehensive training to all successful candidates to equip them with the necessary knowledge and skills.
