Responsibilities:

- Access Control: Maintain control over access points, verifying the identity of individuals entering the premises and ensuring only authorized personnel are granted entry.
- Emergency Response: Act swiftly and decisively in response to emergencies such as medical incidents, fires, or security threats. Follow established protocols to mitigate risks and ensure the safety of everyone on-site.
- Customer Service: Provide friendly and courteous assistance to residents, guests, and employees. Address inquiries and concerns in a professional manner, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Report Writing: Document any incidents, disturbances, or security breaches in detailed reports. Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including observations, patrols, and interactions.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce safety regulations and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries. Identify and report any hazards or safety concerns to the appropriate authorities for resolution.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with fellow security personnel, as well as other departments and external agencies, to coordinate efforts and ensure comprehensive security coverage.
Requirements:
- Education: Candidates must have completed at least 8th grade education up to graduation. We welcome applicants from diverse educational backgrounds.
- Experience: No prior experience in security is required. We provide comprehensive training to all selected candidates.
- Age: Applicants must be between 18 and 60 years old.
