Job Overview:

As a Security Guard, your primary responsibility will be to maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. You will be tasked with monitoring premises, patrolling designated areas, and responding to security breaches or emergencies. Your keen observation skills and quick response will be crucial in preventing incidents and ensuring the overall security of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Patrol and Monitor: Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to identify and address any security risks or suspicious activities. Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to promptly respond to any security breaches.
2. Access Control: Control access to the premises by verifying identification, issuing visitor badges, and ensuring only authorized individuals enter restricted areas. Enforce company policies regarding access permissions.
3. Emergency Response: Act swiftly and decisively in the event of emergencies such as fires, medical incidents, or security breaches. Follow established procedures to mitigate risks and provide assistance as needed.
4. Report Writing: Maintain detailed logs of security incidents, daily activities, and any notable occurrences during your shift. Prepare accurate and concise reports for management review.
5. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to employees, visitors, and clients. Assist with inquiries, offer directions, and ensure a positive experience for all individuals interacting with security personnel.
6. Risk Assessment: Identify potential security threats or vulnerabilities and take proactive measures to address them. Collaborate with management to implement security protocols and enhance overall safety measures.
7. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other security team members, as well as law enforcement agencies and emergency responders, to coordinate efforts and effectively manage security incidents.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum 8th-grade education up to graduation. We welcome applicants from diverse educational backgrounds.
• Experience: No prior experience in security is required. Training will be provided to successful candidates.
• Age: Applicants must be between 18 and 60 years old.
