Key Responsibilities:

1. Surveillance: Maintain a vigilant presence to monitor and protect the premises against unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, or any other security threats.
2. Access Control: Regulate entry and exit of individuals and vehicles by verifying identification and credentials, and ensuring compliance with security protocols.
3. Patrols: Conduct regular patrols of the assigned area to identify and address any suspicious activities or safety hazards.
4. Emergency Response: Respond promptly and effectively to any emergencies, disturbances, or alarms, and take appropriate action as per established procedures.
5. Customer Service: Provide friendly and courteous assistance to clients, visitors, and employees, while also enforcing security policies and regulations.
6. Report Writing: Maintain accurate and detailed records of security incidents, observations, and any notable occurrences during shifts.
7. Collaboration: Coordinate with law enforcement agencies, emergency services, and other security personnel as needed to ensure a cohesive approach to security management.

Qualifications:

• Education: Candidates must have completed at least 8th grade education up to graduation from a recognized institution.
• Age: Applicants must be between 18 years to 60 years of age to be eligible for this position.
• Physical Fitness: The role of a Security Guard may involve standing or walking for extended periods and occasionally lifting or moving objects, thus candidates should be physically fit and able to perform these tasks comfortably.
• Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective interaction with team members, clients, and the public.
• Integrity: Demonstrated honesty, reliability, and ethical conduct are fundamental traits we seek in our Security Guards.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and follow instructions from supervisors while also being capable of making independent decisions when required.
