Job Description:

As a Security Guard, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safety and security of the assigned premises, personnel, and assets. You will be entrusted with maintaining a vigilant presence, deterring illegal and inappropriate actions, and responding promptly to any security breaches or emergencies that may arise. Key duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Surveillance: Monitor premises through patrols, surveillance cameras, and alarm systems to identify and prevent security risks.
2. Access Control: Control access to the premises by ensuring only authorized individuals enter the property, verifying credentials, and directing visitors accordingly.
3. Risk Assessment: Assess potential security threats and vulnerabilities, taking proactive measures to mitigate risks and enhance security protocols.
4. Emergency Response: Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies such as fire alarms, medical incidents, or security breaches, following established procedures and protocols.
5. Conflict Resolution: Handle conflicts and disturbances calmly and professionally, employing de-escalation techniques to resolve situations peacefully whenever possible.
6. Report Writing: Maintain accurate and detailed records of security incidents, observations, and activities in daily logs or incident reports.
7. Customer Service: Provide courteous and helpful assistance to clients, visitors, and staff, answering inquiries, and offering guidance as needed.
8. Collaboration: Collaborate with law enforcement agencies, emergency responders, and other security personnel to coordinate responses and ensure a cohesive approach to security management.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum 8th-grade education up to a Graduate degree.
• Experience: No prior experience is required; we welcome candidates with diverse backgrounds and levels of experience.
• Age: Candidates must be between 18 years to 60 years of age.
• Gender: This position is open to individuals of all genders, both male and female.
