Job Description:

As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. Your primary duties will include but are not limited to:

1. Surveillance and Patrol: Conduct regular patrols of the assigned premises to detect and deter suspicious activities. Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to ensure prompt response to any security breaches.
2. Access Control: Control access to the premises by verifying identification, conducting bag checks, and issuing visitor passes as required. Ensure that only authorized personnel enter restricted areas.
3. Emergency Response: Respond promptly to emergencies such as fire alarms, medical emergencies, or security threats. Take appropriate action to minimize risks and ensure the safety of everyone on the premises.
4. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns professionally and courteously. Serve as a friendly and approachable point of contact for all stakeholders.
5. Report Writing: Maintain detailed logs and incident reports documenting any security-related incidents, accidents, or disturbances that occur during your shift. Ensure accuracy and thoroughness in all documentation.
6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with fellow security personnel, law enforcement agencies, and other stakeholders to coordinate security efforts and effectively respond to incidents as a unified team.
7. Adherence to Policies: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations at all times. Follow established protocols for handling security-related situations and enforcing rules and regulations.

Requirements:
