Job Description:

Responsibilities:

1. Patrol and Monitor: Conduct regular patrols of the assigned area to ensure the safety and security of the premises. Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms to detect any suspicious activity.
2. Access Control: Control access to the premises by ensuring only authorized personnel and visitors enter the facility. Verify identification and issue passes when required.
3. Emergency Response: Respond promptly to emergencies such as fire alarms, medical emergencies, or security threats. Take appropriate action to mitigate risks and ensure the safety of individuals.
4. Report Writing: Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations. Prepare detailed reports documenting any security-related incidents or breaches.
5. Customer Service: Provide assistance and support to employees, visitors, and clients as needed. Offer directions, escort services, or other assistance to ensure a positive experience for all.
6. Conflict Resolution: Handle conflicts or disturbances professionally and diplomatically. Diffuse tense situations and escalate to the appropriate authorities if necessary.
7. Security Equipment Operation: Operate security equipment such as metal detectors, X-ray machines, or handheld devices effectively and efficiently.
8. Safety Compliance: Enforce company policies and procedures related to safety and security. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.

Requirements:

1. Education: Minimum 8th-grade education up to Graduate level.
2. Experience: No prior experience is required; training will be provided.
3. Age: Must be between 18 years to 60 years.
4. Gender: Open to all genders - male and female applicants are welcome.
5. Physical Fitness: Ability to stand for long periods, walk long distances, and lift moderate weights.
6. Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
7. Integrity: High level of honesty, integrity, and reliability.
8. Flexibility: Willingness to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
