Role Overview:

As a Security Guard, your primary responsibility will be to maintain a secure and safe environment for our clients and their properties. You will be entrusted with monitoring and patrolling designated areas, deterring unauthorized access, responding to emergencies, and enforcing security protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Patrolling and Monitoring: Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to identify and address any security breaches, hazards, or suspicious activities. Maintain vigilant observation through CCTV surveillance systems, if available.
2. Access Control: Control access to the premises by verifying identification, ensuring proper authorization, and issuing visitor passes when necessary. Promptly report any unauthorized individuals or vehicles attempting to enter restricted areas.
3. Emergency Response: Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, including medical emergencies, fires, alarms, or disturbances. Take appropriate actions to mitigate risks and coordinate with emergency services as needed.
4. Report Writing: Accurately document all security-related incidents, observations, and activities in detailed incident reports. Provide clear and concise written accounts for future reference and investigation purposes.
5. Customer Service: Interact professionally and courteously with clients, employees, visitors, and the public. Offer assistance, guidance, and directions as required, maintaining a positive and approachable demeanor at all times.
6. Adherence to Policies: Enforce company policies, procedures, and regulations consistently to maintain a high standard of security and compliance. Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations about security operations.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum 8th-grade education is required; however, higher educational qualifications are preferred. Candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent will be given preference.
• Experience: No prior experience in security is required. We welcome candidates with diverse professional backgrounds and experiences, including fresh graduates and individuals seeking a career change.
• Age: Candidates must be between 18 years to 60 years of age to be eligible for this position.
