2. Access Control: Control and authorize entrance of vehicles or individuals into the premises. Verify identification and issue passes when required.
3. Emergency Response: Respond swiftly to alarms and emergencies, taking appropriate action per company protocols.
4. Report Writing: Maintain accurate records and prepare comprehensive reports documenting observations, incidents, and actions during shifts.
5. Customer Service: Assist customers, employees, and visitors courteously and professionally.
6. Conflict Resolution: Handle conflicts and disturbances calmly and efficiently, ensuring the safety of all parties involved.
7. Patrols: To deter criminal activity and ensure safety, conduct regular patrols of assigned areas, including interior and exterior spaces.
8. Collaboration: Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary, facilitating effective communication and response during incidents.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Minimum 8th-grade education up to graduation level.
2. Experience: No prior experience is required; comprehensive training will be provided.
3. Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 60 years old.
