Position: Security Guard

Location: Modasa, Botad, Chhota Udepur, Dahod

We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Security Guards in the Modasa, Botad, Chhota Udepur, and Dahod areas. As a Security Guard, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and security of our premises, assets, and personnel. Responsibilities:

1. Surveillance: Patrols and surveillance systems monitor premises to detect and prevent unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, or any other suspicious activity.
2. Access Control: Control access points by verifying individuals' identification and credentials, ensuring only authorized personnel and visitors are permitted entry.
3. Emergency Response: Respond promptly to alarms or distress calls and take appropriate action during emergencies such as fire, medical incidents, or security threats.
4. Report Writing: Maintain detailed and accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and any irregularities observed during patrols or surveillance.
5. Customer Service: Provide assistance and support to employees, visitors, and clients, courteously and professionally offering directions, information, or help as needed.
6. Conflict Resolution: Handle conflicts or disputes calmly and effectively, employing de-escalation techniques to resolve issues peacefully and maintain a safe environment.
7. Patrols: Regularly patrol the interior and exterior premises to deter criminal activity and ensure security protocols are followed.
8. Alarm Monitoring: Monitor security alarms and respond accordingly, investigating the cause of activation and taking appropriate action.
9. Safety Inspections: Perform regular safety inspections on equipment, doors, windows, and other possible entry points to find and resolve security weaknesses.
10. Collaboration: Coordinate with law enforcement agencies, emergency services, and other security personnel as necessary to address security concerns or incidents effectively.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum 8th-grade education up to Graduate level.
• Experience: No prior experience is required; training will be provided.
• Age: Candidates must be between 18 and 60 years old.
• Gender: Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
