Job Security Officer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Monitoring: Maintain vigilance by monitoring premises through patrols, surveillance cameras, and other security equipment to ensure a safe and secure environment.
2. Access Control: Control access to the premises by verifying identification, issuing passes, and directing visitors to appropriate areas.
3. Emergency Response: Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies such as medical emergencies, fires, or security threats. Take appropriate action to mitigate risks and ensure the safety of individuals and property.
4. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors by answering questions, providing directions, and assisting with inquiries or concerns.
5. Report Writing: Maintain accurate and detailed reports of incidents, disturbances, and any other relevant information. Communicate effectively with supervisors and other team members to ensure proper documentation and follow-up.
6. Conflict Resolution: Handle conflicts and disturbances calmly and professionally, utilizing de-escalation techniques when necessary. Work towards peaceful resolutions while maintaining a firm stance on security protocols.
7. Patrols: Conduct regular patrols of the premises to deter criminal activity and identify any potential security risks. Take proactive measures to prevent incidents and ensure the safety of all individuals on-site.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum 8th-grade education up to Graduate level.
• Experience: No prior experience is required; training will be provided.
• Age: Candidates must be between 18 and 60 years old.
• Gender: Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, as well as lift and carry objects when necessary.
• Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills in the local language. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Team Player: Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals.
• Integrity: Demonstrated honesty, reliability, and a strong sense of ethics.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
