Job Description:

As a Security Guard, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safety and security of the premises, personnel, and assets entrusted to your care. You will be tasked with maintaining a vigilant presence, deterring unauthorized activity, and responding promptly to any incidents or emergencies that may arise. Your duties may include but are not limited to:

1. Surveillance: Monitor surveillance equipment, patrol designated areas, and keep a watchful eye for any suspicious activity.
2. Access Control: Control access to the premises by screening visitors, verifying identification, and ensuring only authorized individuals are permitted entry.
3. Emergency Response: Respond swiftly and effectively to emergencies such as medical incidents, fires, or security breaches, following established protocols and procedures.
4. Reporting: Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and irregularities, and report any security concerns or breaches to appropriate authorities.
5. Customer Service: Provide assistance and support to employees, visitors, and customers as needed, demonstrating professionalism and courtesy at all times.
6. Patrols: Conduct regular patrols of the premises, both indoors and outdoors, to deter criminal activity and ensure all areas are secure.
7. Conflict Resolution: Handle conflicts or disputes calmly and diplomatically, utilizing effective communication and conflict resolution techniques to de-escalate tense situations.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 8th grade education up to Graduates.
• Experience: No prior experience is required; comprehensive training will be provided.
• Age: Applicants must be between 18 and 60 years of age.
• Gender: Male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
