As a Security Personnel, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining a secure environment for our clients and the public. Your primary responsibility will be to prevent unauthorized access and protect individuals and properties from potential threats. Below are the key responsibilities and qualifications for this role:

Responsibilities:

1. Patrol Assigned Areas: Regularly patrol designated areas to detect and deter suspicious activities.
2. Monitor Surveillance Systems: Keep a vigilant eye on surveillance cameras and promptly respond to any unusual incidents.
3. Enforce Security Protocols: Ensure adherence to security protocols and procedures to maintain a safe environment.
4. Control Access: Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, and restrict access to authorized personnel only.
5. Respond to Emergencies: Act swiftly and decisively in emergencies, including accidents, medical crises, or security breaches.
6. Report Incidents: Document all incidents, accidents, or violations of policies and regulations and report them to the appropriate authorities.
7. Provide Assistance: Offer assistance and guidance to visitors, employees, or residents as needed.
8. Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of daily activities, including logbooks, incident reports, and shift summaries.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Minimum 8th-grade education up to Graduate level.
2. Physical Fitness: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, and perform duties in various weather conditions.
3. Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues and the public.
