7. Collaboration: Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and emergency services when necessary to resolve security issues effectively.
8. Safety Measures: Enforce safety regulations and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries on the premises.
9. Conflict Resolution: Handle conflicts and disturbances calmly and effectively, utilizing de-escalation techniques when required.

Qualifications:
