Key Responsibilities:

Your primary responsibilities will include safeguarding premises, property, and individuals by maintaining a secure and vigilant environment. Here are the core tasks you will be expected to perform:

• Surveillance: Conduct routine patrols of designated areas to identify any suspicious activities or potential security breaches. Use advanced surveillance systems and equipment to monitor activities in and around the premises effectively.
• Access Control: Manage and control access points to ensure only authorized individuals gain entry. Verify visitors' and employees' identification, credentials, and passes to maintain a high-security standard.
• Emergency Response: Act swiftly and appropriately during emergencies such as medical situations, fires, or security incidents. Follow established protocols to minimize risks and ensure safety.
• Customer Service: Provide courteous and professional assistance and guidance to all visitors and employees. Help individuals with inquiries, directions, and other requirements while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
• Report Writing: Prepare detailed and accurate reports documenting security incidents, observations, and daily activities. This will include maintaining logs and compiling incident reports when necessary.
• Patrols: Conduct thorough and consistent patrols to deter unlawful activities and to ensure that all areas remain secure. Pay special attention to vulnerable or high-risk areas.
• Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant environment. Adhere to safety regulations and promote a culture of awareness and vigilance.

Qualifications:

We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

• Education: A minimum education level of 8th grade up to graduation. Candidates from diverse educational backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
• Experience: No prior experience in security is required. All recruits will receive comprehensive training, equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
• Age Range: Open to candidates aged 18 to 60 years.
