Job Description:
As a Security Guard, your primary responsibility will be to maintain a secure and safe environment for our clients, their employees, and visitors. You will play a crucial role in deterring theft, vandalism, and other illegal activities, thereby ensuring peace of mind for everyone within the premises. Your duties may include but are not limited to:
- Surveillance: Patrolling assigned areas on foot or in a vehicle to detect and deter suspicious activity. Vigilance and attention to detail are key as you monitor security cameras and alarms, promptly responding to any signs of trouble.
- Access Control: Enforcing access control procedures by verifying credentials, issuing visitor passes, and restricting entry to authorized personnel only. Your friendly yet firm demeanor will help create a welcoming yet secure environment.
- Emergency Response: Acting swiftly and decisively in emergencies such as fires, medical incidents, or security breaches. You will be trained to follow established protocols and coordinate with emergency services as needed to ensure a prompt and effective response.
- Customer Service: Providing assistance and guidance to employees, visitors, and clients as needed. Your professionalism and excellent communication skills will be instrumental in addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and maintaining positive relationships.
- Report Writing: Documenting incidents, observations, and any notable occurrences in detailed reports. Clear and accurate reporting is essential for record-keeping and maintaining accountability.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum 8th-grade education up to a graduate degree.
- Experience: No prior experience is required; comprehensive training is provided.
- Age: Applicants must be between 18 and 60 years old.
