Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintaining Vigilance: Your primary responsibility will be to maintain a vigilant presence, monitoring premises through patrols or surveillance systems. Promptly identify and report any suspicious activities, safety hazards, or security breaches to appropriate authorities.
2. Enforcing Security Procedures: Adhere to established security procedures and protocols to ensure the safety and security of personnel, visitors, and property. This includes but is not limited to controlling access points, verifying credentials, and conducting searches when necessary.
3. Emergency Response: Act swiftly and decisively in response to emergencies such as medical incidents, fire alarms, or security threats. Follow designated protocols to mitigate risks and provide assistance as needed until professional help arrives.
4. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to all individuals within the premises. Offer assistance, directions, or guidance as required, demonstrating professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
5. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of security-related incidents, activities, and observations. Prepare detailed reports for management review, documenting incidents, resolutions, and recommendations for improvement.
6. Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with fellow security personnel, management, and external stakeholders to uphold a cohesive security strategy. Communicate openly and transparently to ensure a unified approach to maintaining safety and security.
7. Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training sessions and skill development programs to enhance your knowledge of security procedures, emergency response techniques, and relevant technologies. Stay informed about current security trends and best practices to continuously improve your performance.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum 8th-grade education up to graduation level.
• Experience: No prior experience is required; however, experience in security or related fields is beneficial.
• Age: Applicants must be between 18 to 60 years old.
• Gender: Open to male and female applicants.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to stand, walk, and perform patrols for extended periods. Physical fitness is essential for responding effectively to emergencies and performing security duties.
