Job Description:

As a Security Guard, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our premises and ensuring the well-being of all individuals within. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain a secure environment through vigilant observation and prompt response to any security breaches or concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Surveillance and Monitoring: Utilize surveillance equipment and conduct regular patrols to monitor activities and detect any suspicious behavior or unauthorized entry.
2. Access Control: Control access points to our premises by verifying credentials, issuing visitor passes, and monitoring entrances and exits to prevent unauthorized access.
3. Emergency Response: Act swiftly and decisively in response to emergencies such as fire outbreaks, medical incidents, or security threats, following established protocols to ensure the safety of all occupants.
4. Conflict Resolution: Handle conflicts or disturbances calmly and professionally, employing de-escalation techniques to defuse tense situations and maintain order.
5. Report Writing: Maintain accurate records of security incidents, observations, and any actions taken, preparing detailed reports for management review as necessary.
6. Customer Service: Provide assistance and guidance to visitors, employees, and residents as needed, demonstrating a helpful and courteous demeanor at all times.
7. Safety Measures: Enforce safety regulations and protocols to prevent accidents or injuries, including conducting safety inspections and addressing any hazards or compliance issues.
8. Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with fellow security personnel, as well as with other departments and external agencies, to coordinate security efforts and respond efficiently to evolving situations.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum 8th-grade education up to Graduate level.
• Experience: No prior experience is required; comprehensive training will be provided.
• Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 60 years old.
• Gender: Open to individuals of all genders; both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
