Job Description:

As a Security Officer, your primary responsibility will be to maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

1. Surveillance: Conduct regular patrols of the assigned premises, monitoring for any suspicious activity or unauthorized individuals. Utilize surveillance equipment effectively to enhance security measures.
2. Access Control: Manage entry and exit points, ensuring only authorized personnel and visitors gain access to the premises. Verify identification as necessary and enforce access policies consistently.
3. Emergency Response: Respond promptly to emergencies such as fire alarms, medical incidents, or security breaches. Take appropriate action to mitigate risks and coordinate with emergency services when required.
4. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to all individuals encountered during duty. Assist visitors with inquiries, directions, or other needs courteously and professionally.
5. Report Writing: Maintain accurate and detailed records of security incidents, observations, and daily activities. Prepare written reports as necessary, documenting any incidents or violations of security protocols.
6. Conflict Resolution: Handle conflicts or disturbances calmly and effectively, employing de-escalation techniques when necessary. Work to resolve conflicts peacefully while maintaining control of the situation.
7. Security Procedures: Adhere to established security procedures and protocols at all times. Stay updated on security best practices and participate in training sessions as required.
8. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with fellow security team members and other staff members to ensure a cohesive approach to security operations. Communicate effectively with team members to share relevant information and coordinate activities.

Requirements:

• Education: Candidates must have completed at least 8th grade education up to graduation from a recognized institution.
• Experience: No prior experience in security is required. We welcome individuals with varying backgrounds and levels of experience.
