Position: Security Guard
Location: Gariaband, Pendra, Janjgir, Champa

Responsibilities:
- Surveillance: Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules.
- Security Patrols: Conduct regular patrols to ensure the security of assigned areas.
- Access Control: Control access points, verifying individuals' credentials before allowing entry.
- Emergency Response: Respond promptly to emergencies, such as alarms or disturbances, and take appropriate action.
- Report Writing: Maintain detailed and accurate reports of incidents, observations, and actions taken.
- Customer Service: Provide assistance and support to customers, visitors, and employees as needed.
- Safety Procedures: Enforce safety regulations and procedures to maintain a secure environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure effective security operations.
- Conflict Resolution: Handle conflicts or difficult situations calmly and professionally, defusing tensions when necessary.
