Responsibilities:

1. Surveillance and Monitoring: Conduct regular patrols of the assigned area to ensure the security of premises, property, and personnel. Monitor surveillance systems and report any suspicious activities or incidents promptly.
2. Access Control: Control access to the premises by screening visitors, employees, and contractors. Verify identification and credentials to prevent unauthorized entry.
3. Emergency Response: Respond promptly to emergencies such as fire alarms, medical incidents, or security threats. Take appropriate action to mitigate risks and ensure the safety of individuals on-site.
4. Report Writing: Maintain detailed and accurate records of security-related incidents, activities, and observations. Prepare written reports for management review as necessary.
5. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and employees. Address inquiries, concerns, and requests professionally and courteously.
6. Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflicts or disturbances calmly and efficiently, employing de-escalation techniques when necessary. Work to prevent altercations and maintain a peaceful environment.
7. Safety Compliance: Enforce company policies and procedures related to safety and security. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards to promote a secure working environment.
8. Collaboration: Coordinate with law enforcement authorities, emergency services, and other security personnel as needed. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum 8th grade education required; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: No prior experience is required; training will be provided.
• Age: Candidates must be between 18 and 60 years old.
• Gender: Open to all genders; both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods. Must be in good physical condition to perform security duties effectively.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact professionally with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Integrity: Demonstrated integrity and ethical behavior. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
