Job Description:

We are seeking vigilant and reliable individuals to join our team as Security Guards in the areas of Sonamura, Panisagar, Amarpur Tripura, and Jirania. As a Security Guard, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and security of our premises, assets, and personnel. Key Responsibilities:

2. Access Control: Monitor entry and exit points, ensuring only authorized personnel and visitors are granted access. Verify identification and enforce security protocols to maintain the integrity of the premises.
3. Security Monitoring: Utilize surveillance systems, including CCTV cameras and alarms, to monitor for any potential security threats or breaches. Report any irregularities or incidents to the appropriate authorities.
4. Emergency Response: Act swiftly and decisively in the event of emergencies such as fires, medical incidents, or security breaches. Follow established protocols to ensure the safety of all individuals and assets.
5. Customer Service: Provide assistance and guidance to employees, visitors, and clients as needed. Display professionalism and excellent communication skills when interacting with others.
6. Report Writing: Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations. Prepare detailed reports documenting any security-related incidents or concerns.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with fellow security team members and other relevant departments to coordinate efforts and ensure a cohesive approach to security operations.

Qualifications:

• Must possess a minimum educational qualification ranging from 8th grade to graduation.
• No prior experience is required; however, previous experience in security or related fields will be considered an asset.
• Must be between 18 years to 60 years of age.
