Job Description:

We are currently seeking diligent and reliable individuals to join our team as Security Guards across various locations including Bishalgarh, Teliamura, Khowai, and Belonia. As a Security Guard, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a secure environment for our clients and their assets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Surveillance: Monitor premises and property via surveillance cameras or regular patrols to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates.
2. Access Control: Control access to premises by maintaining entry logs, verifying identification, and directing visitors to appropriate areas.
3. Alarm Response: Respond promptly to alarms or calls for assistance to investigate and resolve disturbances or security breaches.
4. Patrols: Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas, both on foot and/or vehicle, to deter and detect unauthorized activity, ensure safety compliance, and provide a visible security presence.
5. Emergency Response: Act swiftly and appropriately in emergencies, such as fires, medical emergencies, or incidents of theft or vandalism, following established protocols and procedures.
6. Report Writing: Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and irregularities, and submit detailed reports to supervisors as required.
7. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by offering assistance, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns courteously and professionally.
8. Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with fellow security personnel and other relevant stakeholders to ensure a coordinated approach to security operations.
9. Compliance: Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations, to maintain high standards of security and safety.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8th grade education, with preference given to candidates with higher education qualifications.
• No prior experience is required; comprehensive training will be provided.
• Must be between 18 and 60 years of age.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and/or local languages.
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• Good physical condition, capable of standing and walking for extended periods.
• Excellent judgment and decision-making abilities.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must possess a valid driver's license (if required for the position).
