Position: Security Officer

Location: Yadgiri, Mokokchung, Tuensang, Kailashahar

We are seeking individuals to join our team as Security Officers at various locations including Yadgiri, Mokokchung, Tuensang, and Kailashahar. As a Security Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and security of our premises and personnel. Job Responsibilities:

1. Surveillance and Monitoring: Conduct regular patrols of the assigned area to ensure security and detect any suspicious activity. Utilize surveillance systems effectively to monitor premises.
2. Access Control: Manage access control points and ensure that only authorized individuals enter the premises. Verify identification and credentials of personnel and visitors.
3. Emergency Response: Respond promptly to emergencies such as fire alarms, medical incidents, or security breaches. Take appropriate actions to mitigate risks and ensure the safety of all individuals.
4. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of security-related incidents, observations, and actions taken. Report any breaches or irregularities to the relevant authorities or management.
5. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by assisting employees, visitors, and clients with inquiries and directions. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
6. Conflict Resolution: Handle conflicts or disputes that may arise on the premises calmly and effectively. Employ conflict resolution techniques to de-escalate situations and maintain order.
7. Safety Procedures: Enforce safety regulations and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries. Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and address them promptly.

Qualifications:

• Education: Candidates must have completed at least 8th grade education up to graduation.
• Experience: No prior experience in security is required. Training will be provided to successful candidates.
• Age: Individuals aged between 18 to 60 years are eligible to apply.
• Gender: Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.

Skills and Abilities:
