Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Patrol and Monitor: Conduct regular patrols of designated areas to identify and address security risks. Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms to detect any suspicious activity or breaches in security.
2. Access Control: Control access to premises by ensuring only authorized individuals enter the facility. Verify identification credentials and issue visitor passes as necessary.
3. Emergency Response: Respond promptly to emergencies, including medical incidents, fires, or security breaches. Take appropriate action to mitigate risks and ensure the safety of personnel and property.
4. Report Writing: Maintain accurate records of security incidents, disturbances, and irregularities. Prepare detailed reports documenting observations, actions taken, and any pertinent information for further investigation.
5. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and employees. Assist individuals with inquiries, directions, or other assistance as needed courteously and professionally.
6. Collaboration: Coordinate with law enforcement agencies, fire departments, and other emergency responders as required. Work collaboratively with team members to address security concerns and implement effective solutions.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum 8th grade education required; high school diploma or equivalent preferred. Basic literacy and numeracy skills are essential.
• Experience: No prior experience in security is required; comprehensive training will be provided.
• Age: Candidates must be between 18 and 60 years old.
• Gender: Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods. Must be capable of lifting and carrying moderate weights and performing physical tasks as necessary.
