Job Description:

As a security personnel, your primary responsibility will be to maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients and their assets. You will play a crucial role in deterring theft, vandalism, and other illegal activities by monitoring premises, patrolling assigned areas, and responding to security incidents as needed. Your duties may include but are not limited to:

1. Surveillance: Monitor premises through patrols, security cameras, and alarm systems to detect and prevent suspicious activities.
2. Access Control: Control access to facilities by verifying identification, conducting bag checks, and issuing visitor passes when necessary.
3. Emergency Response: Respond promptly to emergencies such as medical incidents, fires, or security breaches, and take appropriate action to mitigate risks and ensure the safety of individuals.
4. Report Writing: Document all security-related incidents, observations, and activities accurately and comprehensively in written reports.
5. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by assisting with inquiries, providing directions, and offering assistance as needed.
6. Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflicts and diffuse potentially volatile situations using effective communication and conflict resolution techniques.
7. Collaboration: Collaborate with local law enforcement, emergency services, and other security personnel to coordinate responses to incidents and ensure a cohesive approach to security.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 8th grade education required; candidates with higher education qualifications will be preferred.
• Experience: No prior experience in security is required; comprehensive training will be provided to successful candidates.
• Age: Applicants must be between 18 and 60 years of age to be considered for this position.
