Job Security Guard

Responsibilities:

1. Security Patrols: Conduct regular patrols of the assigned area to deter unauthorized access, and prevent theft, vandalism, or any other illegal activity. Remain vigilant and alert at all times.
2. Access Control: Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials of individuals entering the premises, and enforce access policies as required.
3. Emergency Response: Respond promptly to emergencies, such as fire alarms, medical incidents, or security breaches. Take appropriate actions to mitigate risks and ensure the safety of all individuals on-site.
4. Surveillance: Utilize surveillance systems effectively to monitor activities within the premises. Report any suspicious behavior or incidents to the appropriate authorities.
5. Customer Service: Provide assistance and guidance to visitors, employees, and clients as needed. Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor at all times.
6. Report Writing: Document all incidents, disturbances, or irregularities in detailed reports. Ensure accuracy and completeness of written records.
7. Collaboration: Coordinate with law enforcement agencies, emergency services, and other security personnel when necessary. Work as part of a team to address security concerns effectively.
8. Adherence to Policies: Follow company policies, procedures, and regulations consistently. Uphold ethical standards and conduct yourself with integrity.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 8th-grade education up to Graduation. A strong emphasis is placed on basic literacy and numeracy skills.
• Experience: No prior experience in security-related roles is required. We welcome individuals from diverse backgrounds and levels of experience.
• Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 60 years of age. Both male and female applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to stand for extended periods, perform patrols, and respond swiftly to emergencies. Good physical condition is essential for this role.
• Communication Skills: Clear verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with colleagues and stakeholders.
