Job Security Guard

Location: Jagtial, Mancherial, Armur, Nirmal

We are currently seeking vigilant individuals to join our team as Security Guards. The role entails safeguarding our premises and ensuring the safety of personnel and assets within the designated areas. As a Security Guard, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a secure environment, deterring potential threats, and responding to emergencies when necessary. We welcome both male and female candidates between the ages of 18 to 60 years who exhibit a strong sense of responsibility and dedication.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Surveillance and Monitoring: Regular patrols and vigilant observation of premises to detect any suspicious activities or unauthorized individuals.
2. Access Control: Enforce access control measures by verifying credentials and ensuring only authorized personnel enter the premises.
3. Emergency Response: Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or distress calls, and take appropriate actions as per established protocols.
4. Customer Service: Provide courteous and helpful assistance to employees, visitors, and clients while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
5. Report Writing: Accurately document any incidents, disturbances, or irregularities in detailed reports for further investigation.
6. Safety Protocols: Assist in implementing safety protocols and procedures, including fire prevention measures and evacuation plans.
7. Conflict Resolution: Handle conflicts or confrontations calmly and tactfully, aiming for peaceful resolutions whenever possible.
8. Equipment Maintenance: Ensure proper functioning of security equipment such as surveillance cameras, alarms, and communication devices.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 8th-grade education up to Graduate level.
• Experience: No prior experience is required; however, any relevant experience in security or related fields would be advantageous.
• Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 60 years old to be eligible for this position.
• Gender: Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
