Job  Security Guard Position

4. Emergency Response: In the event of an emergency such as a fire, medical crisis, or security threat, you will act swiftly and decisively to mitigate the situation. This may involve alerting emergency services, evacuating the premises, or administering first aid.
5. Customer Service: While maintaining security is your primary objective, providing excellent customer service is also vital. You'll interact with residents, visitors, and employees professionally and courteously, addressing their concerns and providing assistance when needed.
6. Report Writing: Accurate documentation is essential in the security industry. You'll be responsible for writing detailed reports on incidents, disturbances, and any other noteworthy occurrences during your shift.
7. Equipment Maintenance: Security equipment such as surveillance cameras, alarms, and communication devices must be kept in optimal working condition. You'll conduct regular checks and report any malfunctions for timely repairs.

Qualifications:
