Job Security Officer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Monitoring and Patrolling: Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to ensure the security of premises. Vigilantly monitor surveillance cameras and alarms to detect any suspicious activities or safety hazards.
2. Access Control: Enforce access control procedures by verifying the identity of individuals entering restricted areas. Maintain a log of visitors and vehicles to track movement on the premises.
3. Emergency Response: Respond promptly to emergencies such as fire alarms, medical incidents, or security breaches. Take appropriate actions to mitigate risks and ensure the safety of personnel and property.
4. Customer Service: Provide friendly and professional assistance to clients, employees, and visitors. Address inquiries, concerns, and requests in a courteous manner, maintaining a positive image of our organization.
5. Report Writing: Accurately document all security-related incidents, observations, and actions taken in detailed reports. Ensure that reports are completed thoroughly and submitted on time.
6. Risk Assessment: Identify potential security vulnerabilities and hazards within the premises. Collaborate with management to develop and implement proactive security measures to mitigate risks.
7. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other security team members and collaborate effectively with law enforcement agencies and emergency responders when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum of 8th grade education up to a graduate degree.
• Experience: No prior experience is required; comprehensive training will be provided.
• Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 60 years old.
• Gender: Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
