Job Security Guard

Location: Jamtara, Pakur, Latehar, Lohardaga

Responsibilities:

2. Access Control: Regulate entry and exit points, verify identification, and ensure that only authorized personnel are allowed access to restricted areas.
3. Patrols: Conduct regular patrols of the premises to deter criminal activity and ensure all areas are secure. Promptly respond to any alarms or disturbances.
4. Emergency Response: Act swiftly and appropriately in case of emergencies such as fire, medical incidents, or security breaches. Follow established protocols and procedures to mitigate risks and protect lives and property.
5. Customer Service: Provide assistance and support to customers, visitors, and employees as needed. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
6. Report Writing: Accurately document all incidents, observations, and activities in detailed reports. Ensure that all relevant information is recorded and communicated effectively.
7. Collaboration: Coordinate with law enforcement agencies, emergency services, and other security personnel as required. Work together as a team to address security concerns and maintain a safe environment.

Requirements:

1. Education: Minimum 8th-grade education up to Graduate level. Basic literacy and numeracy skills are essential for carrying out duties effectively.
2. Experience: No prior experience in security is required. We welcome individuals with diverse backgrounds and skill sets.
3. Age: Applicants must be between 18 years to 60 years of age. Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
4. Physical Fitness: The role of a Security Guard may involve prolonged periods of standing, walking, or patrolling. Applicants should be physically fit and capable of performing duties without significant limitations.
