Job Description:

As a Security Personnel, you will play a crucial role in maintaining safety and security within our assigned premises. Your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Monitoring: Keep a vigilant watch over the premises to detect any suspicious activities or individuals. Remain alert at all times to ensure early detection and prevention of potential security breaches.
2. Access Control: Manage entry and exit points, verifying the identity of individuals and ensuring that only authorized personnel are allowed access. Enforce security protocols to prevent unauthorized entry.
3. Patrolling: Conduct regular patrols of the premises to deter criminal activity and ensure all areas are secure. Maintain visibility to deter potential threats and provide a sense of security to occupants.
4. Emergency Response: Act promptly in case of emergencies such as fire outbreaks, medical emergencies, or security threats. Follow established procedures to mitigate risks and ensure the safety of everyone on-site.
5. Report Writing: Maintain accurate records of security incidents, observations, and any irregularities encountered during duty hours. Prepare detailed reports as required by the management.
6. Customer Service: Interact courteously and professionally with visitors, employees, and residents. Provide assistance and guidance when needed, exhibiting excellent customer service skills at all times.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with fellow security personnel and other departments to coordinate security efforts and address any security concerns effectively. Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
8. Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and security regulations. Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 8th-grade education required; higher education preferred.
• No prior experience in security is required; we welcome individuals with a strong sense of responsibility and integrity.
• Must be physically fit and capable of standing and walking for extended periods.
• Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
