Job Security Guard

Job Summary: As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. Your primary duty will be to patrol the premises, monitor surveillance equipment, and act as a visible deterrent to any potential security threats. This position requires a strong sense of responsibility, excellent observation skills, and the ability to respond quickly and effectively to emergencies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Patrol and Monitor: Conduct regular patrols of the assigned area, including buildings, grounds, and parking lots. Keep a watchful eye on surveillance cameras, alarms, and other security equipment to detect and respond to any suspicious activity.
2. Access Control: Control access to the premises by verifying identification, issuing visitor passes, and ensuring only authorized personnel enter restricted areas. Maintain accurate records of visitors and activities.
3. Respond to Emergencies: Act swiftly and calmly in emergencies such as fires, medical incidents, or security breaches. Follow established procedures to mitigate risks and ensure the safety of individuals on the premises.
4. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to all individuals entering the premises. Assist visitors with inquiries, directions, and other requests politely and professionally.
5. Report Writing: Document all incidents, disturbances, or unusual occurrences in detailed written reports. Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including patrols, inspections, and incidents.
6. Collaboration: Collaborate with law enforcement agencies, fire departments, and emergency medical services as needed. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure a coordinated response to security concerns.
7. Safety Procedures: Enforce safety regulations and procedures to prevent accidents, injuries, and property damage. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential hazards and address them promptly.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum 8th-grade education up to a graduate level.
• Experience: Previous experience in security-related roles is not required. Training will be provided to successful candidates.
• Age: Applicants must be between 18 years to 60 years old.
