Job Description:

As a Security Guard, you will play a vital role in maintaining a secure environment for our clients and patrons. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Surveillance and Monitoring: You will be responsible for observing and monitoring the premises to prevent theft, vandalism, or any other illegal activity. This involves patrolling the area regularly and remaining vigilant at all times.
2. Access Control: Ensuring only authorized personnel enter restricted areas by verifying identification and issuing passes when necessary. Controlling access points and monitoring entrances and exits to prevent unauthorized individuals from entering.
3. Emergency Response: Acting promptly and appropriately in case of emergencies such as fire outbreaks, medical emergencies, or security threats. You will be required to follow established procedures and protocols to ensure the safety of everyone on the premises.
4. Customer Service: Providing assistance and guidance to customers, employees, and visitors as needed. This may include giving directions, answering inquiries, or providing escort services when requested.
5. Report Writing: Maintaining accurate and detailed records of daily activities, incidents, and any irregularities observed during your shift. You will be required to write reports documenting these occurrences for review by management.
6. Conflict Resolution: Resolving conflicts and diffusing potentially volatile situations using effective communication and de-escalation techniques. Your ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations diplomatically is essential.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 8th-grade education up to a Graduate level.
• Experience: No prior experience required. We welcome individuals from all backgrounds and levels of experience.
• Age: Applicants must be between 18 to 60 years old.
