3. Emergency Response: Responding to alarms and emergencies such as fires, medical incidents, or disturbances, and taking appropriate action to address the situation and minimize risks.
4. Customer Service: Providing assistance and information to customers, employees, and visitors courteously and professionally, ensuring a positive experience for all.
5. Report Writing: Documenting observations, incidents, and activities in detailed reports, and maintaining accurate records for future reference.
6. Collaboration: Collaborating with law enforcement, emergency services, and other security personnel to coordinate responses and ensure effective security measures are in place.

Requirements:

• Education: Candidates must have completed at least 8th grade education up to a Graduate level.
