Key Responsibilities:
- Surveillance and Monitoring: Maintain a watchful eye over assigned areas, utilizing surveillance systems and patrolling techniques to detect any suspicious activity or potential security breaches.
- Access Control: Manage access points, verify credentials, and ensure only authorized personnel enter restricted areas, adhering strictly to security protocols and procedures.
- Risk Assessment: Conduct regular inspections of premises to assess potential security risks or hazards, promptly reporting any issues and taking necessary action to mitigate risks.
- Emergency Response: Act swiftly and decisively in response to emergencies or security incidents, following established protocols to maintain order and ensure the safety of individuals within the vicinity.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and staff members, offering assistance, information, and guidance as needed while maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor.
- Report Writing: Maintain detailed and accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations, preparing comprehensive reports for management review and future reference.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with fellow security team members, as well as with other departments and external stakeholders, fostering a cohesive and coordinated approach to security operations.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum 8th grade education up to Graduation. While a formal education background is valued, we welcome applications from individuals with diverse educational experiences.
- Experience: No prior experience required. We believe in providing comprehensive training to all our Security Guards to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
