Job Description:
As a security guard, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and the general public. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Surveillance: Monitoring premises through patrols, CCTV cameras, and other surveillance systems to detect and prevent any suspicious activities or security breaches.
- Access Control: Regulating entry and exit points, verifying credentials, and ensuring only authorized personnel are allowed access to restricted areas.
- Emergency Response: Acting swiftly and effectively in response to emergencies such as fires, medical incidents, or security threats. This may involve alerting emergency services, evacuating premises, or providing first aid assistance as needed.
- Customer Service: Interacting with clients, visitors, and employees professionally and courteously. Assisting, directions, or information as required to enhance their experience and ensure their safety.
- Report Writing: Maintaining accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations. Completing detailed incident reports and submitting them on time.
- Team Collaboration: Working closely with fellow security personnel, as well as other departments or external agencies, to coordinate efforts and effectively address security concerns.
Requirements:
