Job Description:

We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Security Guards in various locations including Howrah, Chinsurah, Ingraj Bazar, and Jalpaiguri. As a Security Guard, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients' premises, assets, and personnel.

Responsibilities:

1. Surveillance: Maintain a vigilant presence to deter unauthorized individuals from entering restricted areas. Regular patrols of assigned areas to detect and deter suspicious activity.
2. Access Control: Monitor entry and exit points, verifying the credentials of individuals entering the premises. Enforce access control procedures to prevent unauthorized entry.
3. Emergency Response: Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, including medical incidents, fires, or security threats. Follow established protocols to mitigate risks and ensure the safety of all personnel.
4. Report Writing: Document all incidents, disturbances, or unusual activities observed during shifts. Complete accurate and detailed reports for management review.
5. Customer Service: Provide friendly and professional assistance to clients, visitors, and employees. Address inquiries and concerns in a courteous manner, maintaining a positive and approachable demeanor.
6. Security Equipment Operation: Operate security equipment such as CCTV cameras, metal detectors, and alarms. Conduct routine inspections to ensure equipment functionality.
7. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to maintain a cohesive security strategy. Communicate effectively with colleagues to share information and coordinate responses to incidents.
8. Adherence to Policies: Follow all company policies, procedures, and guidelines related to security operations. Uphold ethical standards and maintain confidentiality as required.

Requirements:

• Must have a minimum education level of 8th grade, up to graduation.
• No prior experience in security is required. Training will be provided.
• Candidates must be between 18 and 60 years of age.
• Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
• Physically fit and able to perform security duties effectively.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
