Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Security Guards in multiple locations including Alipurduar, Asansol, Berhampore, and Bally. As a Security Guard, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and security of our premises and personnel. This position offers an opportunity for individuals ranging from 18 to 60 years of age, regardless of gender, with educational qualifications ranging from 8th grade to graduates.

Responsibilities:

1. Monitoring and Surveillance: Maintain vigilance by monitoring premises via security cameras or patrolling regularly.
2. Control Access: Regulate entry and exit of personnel, visitors, and vehicles by checking identification, ensuring authorization, and directing individuals accordingly.
3. Respond to Emergencies: Act swiftly and appropriately in response to emergencies such as fire alarms or medical incidents.
4. Report Writing: Document any irregularities, such as security breaches, theft, or property damage, and report them to the appropriate authorities.
5. Customer Service: Provide assistance and guidance to visitors, employees, and tenants with a courteous and professional demeanor.
6. Enforce Rules and Regulations: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as safety and security protocols.
7. Patrol Premises: Conduct regular patrols to identify and address any potential security risks or breaches.
8. Collaborate with Authorities: Coordinate with law enforcement or emergency services as necessary.
9. Maintain Equipment: Ensure all security equipment, such as cameras, alarms, and communication devices, are in working order.
10. Remain Alert: Stay vigilant and attentive at all times to prevent unauthorized access or activities.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Minimum 8th-grade education up to graduation.
2. Experience: No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive training to all successful candidates.
3. Physical Fitness: Ability to stand, walk, and occasionally lift or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
