3. Control Access: Regulate entry and exit points, verifying credentials and ensuring only authorized personnel gain access to restricted areas. This involves effective communication and adherence to access control procedures.
4. Respond to Emergencies: Act swiftly and decisively in emergencies such as fire alarms, medical emergencies, or security breaches. Your ability to remain calm under pressure is crucial.
5. Enforce Rules and Regulations: Implement and enforce security policies and procedures to maintain order and discipline within the premises. Diplomacy and assertiveness are essential when dealing with rule violators.
6. Provide Customer Service: Interact with clients, employees, and visitors courteously and professionally. Good communication skills are required to address inquiries and provide assistance when needed.
7. Report Incidents: Document all incidents, accidents, or irregularities promptly and accurately. Detailed reporting is vital for assessing security risks and implementing preventive measures.
8. Cooperate with Authorities: Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and emergency responders as needed. Your cooperation may be required during investigations or crises.

Qualifications:

• Minimum education requirement: 8th grade completed, though a higher degree is preferred.
• No prior experience in security is necessary; comprehensive training will be provided.
• Candidates must be between 18 and 60 years old.
