Responsibilities:

1. Security Patrol: Conduct regular patrols of the assigned area to ensure the safety and security of premises, personnel, and assets. Remain vigilant and alert to any suspicious activities or unauthorized individuals.
2. Monitoring: Utilize surveillance systems, alarms, and other security equipment to monitor premises for any breaches or security threats. Act promptly to address any identified issues or concerns.
3. Access Control: Manage access to the premises by verifying identification, issuing passes, and ensuring only authorized personnel and visitors are allowed entry. Enforce access control procedures consistently and courteously.
4. Emergency Response: Respond promptly and appropriately to emergencies such as fire alarms, medical incidents, or security breaches. Follow established protocols to mitigate risks and ensure the safety of all individuals on-site.
5. Report Writing: Maintain accurate and detailed records of security incidents, patrols, and other relevant activities. Prepare written reports documenting any notable occurrences or observations during shifts.
6. Customer Service: Provide assistance and guidance to employees, visitors, and clients as needed. Serve as a friendly and approachable point of contact for inquiries, directions, and assistance.
7. Risk Assessment: Identify potential security risks or vulnerabilities within the premises and recommend measures to address them effectively. Collaborate with management to implement proactive security strategies.
8. Collaboration: Work closely with other security team members, as well as law enforcement authorities and emergency services, to coordinate responses to security incidents or concerns.

Requirements:

Education: Minimum 8th grade education up to Graduation level. A basic understanding of security procedures and protocols is preferred.

Experience: No prior experience is required for this position. However, individuals with previous security-related experience will be considered favorably.

Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 60 years old.
