1. Surveillance and Monitoring: Keeping a vigilant watch over the assigned area, including patrolling on foot or via security cameras to detect and deter any suspicious activity or unauthorized entry.
2. Access Control: Controlling access points and verifying credentials of individuals entering the premises, ensuring only authorized personnel gain entry.
3. Emergency Response: Responding promptly to emergencies such as fire alarms, medical incidents, or security breaches, and taking appropriate action as trained or instructed.
4. Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service by assisting visitors, answering inquiries, and addressing any concerns or complaints professionally and courteously.
5. Report Writing: Maintaining detailed logs and incident reports of any noteworthy occurrences during your shift, including observations, interventions, and resolutions.
6. Collaboration: Cooperating with law enforcement authorities, emergency services, and other security personnel as necessary to resolve incidents and maintain safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum 8th-grade education up to Graduate level. We believe in providing opportunities to individuals from diverse educational backgrounds.
• Experience: No prior experience in security is required. We offer comprehensive training to all new hires to equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge.
• Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 60 years old, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workforce.
