Key Responsibilities:

1. Surveillance: Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules. Keep a keen eye on any suspicious activities and report them promptly.
2. Access Control: Control access to premises by ensuring that only authorized personnel and visitors enter the facility. Conduct thorough checks of individuals and their belongings as necessary.
3. Patrol: Conduct regular patrols of the area to deter criminal activity and ensure all areas are secure. Remain vigilant and proactive in identifying potential security risks.
4. Emergency Response: Respond promptly to emergencies such as medical incidents, fire alarms, or security breaches. Take appropriate action to mitigate risks and ensure the safety of individuals and property.
5. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and employees. Assist individuals with inquiries, directions, or any assistance they may require.
6. Report Writing: Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations. Prepare detailed reports as required by company policies and procedures.
7. Teamwork: Collaborate with fellow security personnel and other staff members to maintain a cohesive and effective security operation. Communicate effectively and support one another to achieve common goals.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum of 8th-grade education up to Graduation. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to stand, walk, and/or patrol for extended periods. Good physical condition to perform duties effectively.
• Communication Skills: Clear verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact professionally with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Integrity: Strong ethical standards and a commitment to upholding confidentiality and trustworthiness.
• Adaptability: Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations. Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and circumstances.
• Age: Candidates must be between 18 years to 60 years of age.
