Position: Security Guard

Location: Matheran, Mumbai, Nagpur, Nanded

Responsibilities:

1. Surveillance: Monitor premises via security cameras or by patrolling the area to detect and prevent any suspicious activities or safety hazards.
2. Access Control: Ensure authorized entry into the premises by verifying identification, permits, and credentials of individuals entering the premises.
3. Patrolling: Conduct regular patrols both on foot and by vehicle to ensure the security of the entire premises.
4. Emergency Response: Respond promptly to alarms or calls for assistance to handle emergencies such as fire, medical incidents, or any other security-related issues.
5. Report Writing: Maintain detailed and accurate records of security incidents, observations, and any irregularities that occur during your shift.
6. Customer Service: Provide assistance and guidance to visitors, employees, and residents while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
7. Collaboration: Coordinate with local law enforcement agencies and emergency services when necessary to address security concerns effectively.
8. Safety Procedures: Enforce safety regulations and protocols to prevent accidents, injuries, or property damage.

Requirements:

1. Education: Minimum 8th-grade education up to Graduate level.
2. Experience: No prior experience required. Training will be provided on the job.
3. Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 60 years old.
4. Gender: Male and female candidates are welcome to apply.
5. Physical Fitness: Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
6. Communication Skills: Basic proficiency in spoken and written English or local language to effectively communicate with colleagues and stakeholders.
