Job Security Guard

Location: Churu, Dholpur, Dungarpur, Sri Ganganagar

Job Description:

As a Security Guard, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safety and security of our premises, assets, staff, and visitors. You will be entrusted with maintaining a secure environment through constant vigilance, patrolling, and monitoring surveillance equipment. Your duties will include but are not limited to:

1. Surveillance and Monitoring: Regularly patrol assigned areas to detect and deter suspicious activities. Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms to identify potential security threats.
2. Access Control: Control access to the premises by verifying identification, conducting searches when necessary, and ensuring only authorized personnel enter the premises.
3. Emergency Response: Respond promptly to emergencies such as fire alarms, medical incidents, or security breaches. Take appropriate action to mitigate risks and ensure the safety of individuals on-site.
4. Report Writing: Maintain accurate records of security incidents, observations, and any irregularities encountered during your shift. Prepare detailed reports for management as required.
5. Customer Service: Provide assistance and support to staff and visitors when needed. Act as a point of contact for inquiries and address any security-related concerns professionally.
6. Security Equipment Operation: Operate security equipment such as metal detectors, X-ray machines, and communication devices proficiently to enhance security measures.
7. Risk Assessment: Conduct routine security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and propose measures to enhance the overall security posture of the premises.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 8th-grade education up to graduation.
• Experience: No prior experience is required; comprehensive training will be provided.
• Age: Candidates must be between 18 years to 60 years of age.
• Gender: Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
